Paklydęs tramvajus

Заблудившийся трамвай

Ejau as gatvemis neregetom
Ir isgirdau, kaip skamba liutnia,
Kaip krankia varnos, griausmas atrieda, -
Tramvajus leke pries mane.

Kaip ant laipteliu jo uzsikoriau,
Sios paslapties nieks nesuzinos,
Breze jis kelia ugnini oru,
Kurs neisnyko sviesoj dienos.

Skrido jis tartum audra sparnuota,
Jis pasiklydo amziu lopsy…
Ak, palydove, prasom sustoti,
Tuoj sustabdyki vagona si.

Velu. Mes jau apvaziavom siena,
Jau nukeliavom per palmiu tankmes,
Lekem per Neva, Nila ir Sena,
Tiltais trimis nudardejome mes.

Ir, palei lango stiklus susmezaves,
Pervere kiaurai mus zvilgsnis rustus
Elgetos seno, - to, kuris gavo
Gala sau Beirute pries metus.

Kur as? Taip graudziai, taip netiketai,
Mano sirdis ima belst ir gaust:
"Stai ta stotis, kurioje galetum
I Dvasios Indija bilieta gaut!"

Iskaba… raides kruvinos, grieztos
Skelbia: "Zalioji", - juokai menki -
Vietoj kopustu ir vietoj griezciu
Nukirstas galvas cia perki.

Rubais raudonais, veidu raupletu
Budelis galva nukirto ir man,
Kitu draugijon ja jisai sviede
Dezen gleiveton, pacian dugnan.

O stai gatviukste, tvora isdygus,
Trilangis namas, pieva vesli…
Tuoj pat, konduktoriau, sustabdyki,
Tuoj sustabdyki vagona si.

Masenka, cia gyvenai, dainavai tu,
Man, vyrui, kilima audei dorai,
Kur tavo kunas ir balsas, mergaite,
Negi tiesa, kad seniai mirei?

Tave raudoti palikes viena
Pudra sau kasa pasibarsciau,
Prisistatyt nuejau pas cariene
Ir nuo to laiko taves nemaciau.

Ir supratau as - ta neregeta
Sviesa atsklidus - laisve mana,
Prie zoologinio sodo planetu
Stukso zmoniu ir seseliu minia.

Padvelkia vejas, saldus ir savas,
Ir lekia raitelis stai krantine,
Pakelia delno pirstines sarvas
Zirgo kanopas dvi pries mane.

Galva aukstybej Isakijus kelia
Kaip pravoslavu tvirtove sventa,
Melsiuosi ten as uz Masenkos siela,
Savaja mirti paskelbsiu malda.

Gyvent nemiela, sunku kvepuoti,
Springsta sirdis mana nuo raudu…
Masenka, negi galejau zinoti,
Kad taip mylet it liudet graudu.
